  It's a comet with period of 6.47 years discovered in 1986. This 4th return has fairly good observating condition, the comet was be a naked-eye comet with 5th magnitude or so in autumn of 2010.

  This is a newly discovered comet on Sep 9, 2009 by Mr. R.H. McNaught in Siding Spring observatory, Australia. The comet started to be observed from May 2010 in eastern dusk skies, brightened about 5th magnitude in Jun 2010.

  This is a newly discovered comet on May 27, 2009 by Mr. R.H. McNaught in Siding Spring observatory, Australia. The comet started to be observed from Mar 2010 in eastern dusk skies with its brightness of about first magnitude brighter than the prediction, became about 8th magnitude or so in April.

Comet Wild 2 (81P/ Wild 2)

  A 6.42 years periodic comet discovered in 1978. This is the 5th return of the comet, could be observed with 9 or 10th magnitude in southern skies before dawn in Jan to Mar 2010.
This comet is also known that a spacecraft of Stardust launched by NASA has visited, and succeeded to return a sample capsule of comet's dust for the first time.

Comet Holmes (17P/ Holmes)

  It's a 6.88 years periodic comet discovered in 1892. On Oct 25, 2007, the comet had an extraordinary big outburst and brightened its magnitude from 17th to 2nd or so, became a naked eye comet suddenly. A round shaped coma was observed in northern autumnal night skies.

  It's a newly discovered comet with 10th magnitude coma by an Australian observer Mr. Terry Lovejoy on Mar 15, 2007. The comet appeared in lower southeast skies from Apr 2007 at northern hemisphere, and the comet brightened about 8th magnitude in maximum.
