The comet Tempel 2 in that day, the first obsevation after its outburst, has positioned in 3 degrees ENE from iota Ceti. I could detect a dimmed 8th magnitude coma with a diameter of about 5 arc minutes through a telescope-aided eyes. Although some observers reported the existence of faint dust trail in east west direction, this image can hardly recognize it.
