Objects in southern Orion
This field image shows you the southern half of Orion and Eridanus in west side with a span of 19×13°. You can see the Barnard's Loop (Sh2-276) distributed in east half of the image, and vast dimmed nebulae are also distributed in the western part. Reddish nebulae are emitting from ionized hydrogen atoms, and bluish ones are reflecting light of nearby stars.
