This shot has captured a star field just 1 degree east of Mintaka, the western star of Orion's belt.
You can see some of dimmed reflection nebulae here.
A round one in central slightly left is IC426, and you can see IC423 in lower right hand side.
Another small one just north of IC423 has a number of IC424.
Both IC426 and IC423 have apparent diameter of about 5 arc minutes, only telephoto lenses can take those.
This star field is about central region of the Orion Association that is rich in inter-stellar gaseous matter.
Those reflection nebulae are reflecting bright light of stars of Orion's belt.
If those nebulosities were positioned closer to bright stars,
we could appreciate them as colorful diffused nebulae like the Great Orion Nebula or the Horse head Nebula.
This image has been cropped with an equivalent focal length of 1000mm.
