A small reflection nebula of vdB37 is lying at about 6 degrees northwest from λ Ori, a head star of Orion. The nebula has spans of 12 and 5 arc minutes in east-west and north-south directions, respectively, and is reflecting reddish light of a central red star with an M typed spectrum. Almost all reflection nebulae have the bluish light. However, the nebula is known as one of rare cases that reflects yellow to red lights. vdB37 has been estimated as about 600 light years away from the solar system.
