NGC4429 is a medium-sized lenticular galaxy in southern region of the Virgo Cluster. The galaxy has a long axis of a bit larger than 5 arc minutes and a brightness of 11th magnitude or so. You can see the galaxy has a bright central bulge and ring-shaped structure is surrounding it.
