Objects around western Vulpecula
This wide field image has captured the western Vulpecula just south of Cygnus with a span of about 10.3×8.0 degrees. A bright star in upper right is Albireo in Cygnus and an elliptical small nebula in lower left is the Dumb-bell nebula (M27). The galactic equator is crossing this image in leaned north south direction, you can appreciate complicated dark nebulae distributed. Several parts of the nebula have activated by nearing stars and emitting reddish H-alpha light.
