Objects around vdB27, IC359 to B217
This is a mosaic image capturing a section of the Taurus Molecular Cloud, located approximately 8 degrees northeast of the Pleiades star cluster (M45). Around the upper center of the image, the reflection nebula IC 359A with a size of approximately 15 arcminutes can be seen. It reflects the light of stars through a part of the dark nebula B10. Similarly, vdB27, another reflection nebula located about 45 arcminutes east of IC 359A, reflects the light of nearby star. On the southern side of the field of view, the filamentary dark nebula B217 stretches from the northwest to the southeast. While it lacks clear boundaries, its length reaches approximately 100 arcminutes.
