NGC6894 is a small planetary nebula lurking in the southern part of the constellation Cygnus. It can be found 10.3 degrees ENE of Albireo. It appears as a neat ring with a visual diameter of 1 arc minute, but under strong magnification, a complex nebular structure can be observed within the hollow interior. The central star has a brightness of 18th magnitude, and its distance from Earth is estimated to be 1460 light-years.
