NGC5614 is a small peculiar galaxy located in the western part of Bootes, 3.8 degrees SSW of γ Bootis. Just north of NGC5614 lies the elliptical galaxy NGC5615, overlapping it and forming an interacting galaxy group. Farther to the north is the small galaxy NGC5613, although it is located at more than twice the distance.
