In eastern region of Virgo, a closing galaxy pair of NGC5426 and NGC5427 is positioned about 3.2 degrees west from iota Vir, a southern one is NGC5426 and southern galaxy is NGC5427. Both are spiral but NGC5427 has a distinct spiral structure than another one, two arms can be detected clearly. Two galaxies have sized of 3 arc minutes and visual brightness of 12th or 13th magnitude.
