NGC5322 is a medium-scaled galaxy located in northeast of Ursa Major near a border to Draco. The galaxy is elongated in east west direction with long axis of 6 arc minutes, has a figure of typical elliptical galaxy without definite inner structures. NGC5322 has been estimated as about 80 million light years away, is forming a small-scaled galaxy group with outskirt members.
