NGC5084 is a medium sized galaxy in southwest edge of Virgo. The galaxy has been positioned near a boundary on Hydra, you can find it out easily by tracing about 1 degree north from gamma Hydrae. NGC5084 is an edge-on, has a length of a bit longer than 10 arc minutes but has a thickness of only 1.7 arc minutes. You can see a small central bulge in this picture.
