On this night, comet 2025R2 Swan was located in the southern sky before midnight, 3.3 degrees west of ω Piscium, which forms the western fish of the constellation Pisces. A diffuse, 11th-magnitude bluish coma was observed, with no detectable tail. Although the comet will remain in favorable observing conditions for a while, it is expected to fade rapidly.
