In the northern part of the pentagon of Ophiuchus, we can find out a small reflection nebula vdB111 at 7.6° southwest of αOph (Rasalhague). The nebula has a size of a bit smaller than 10 arc minutes, reflecting the light of 6.5th magnitude central yellow giant. The distance from the solar system has been estimated as about 450 light years.
