UGC 3574 is a small spiral galaxy located 1.4 degrees south-southwest of 15 Lyn in the northern part of Lynx. It lies at a distance of 71 million light-years and has a major axis of about 4 arcminutes. Two faint spiral arms can be identified, with several clumps of star-forming regions distributed along them. The companion galaxy visible about 5 arcminutes to the west is UGC 3569.
