In central region of Canes Venatici, a medium sized galaxy of IC4182 has been positioned at 2 degrees ESE of Cor Caroli. The galaxy has a size of about 8 arc minutes and a dimmer brightness of 11.8th magnitude, it's difficult to detect detailed structured with scope-aided eyes. Although IC4182 looks like an irregular galaxy with unevenness, has been classified in indistinct spiral. The distance from us is about 20 millions light years.
