This image has captured a field around the Polaris with span of 17×11 degrees known as "Polaris Flare". Although this field is far from the Milky Way, we can detect wide spread dimmed gaseous matter by emphasizing the image. This nebula is a figure of inter-stellar molecular clouds floating in our Milky Way Galaxy and reflecting the light of Milky Way. Although there are no clear boundaries, the nebula has IDs of Sh2-178 (LBN617), LBN627, LBN631, LBN632, and so on. The distance has been estimated as approx. 500 light years.
