A unique-shaped dimmed galaxy is NGC4731, belonged to NGC4697 group in southern part of Virgo. The galaxy has very loosely coiled arms, and a long axis of about 6 arc minutes, fairly larger in galaxies distributed in southern Virgo vicinity. And the galaxy has a brightness of 12th magnitude but its arms are dimmed, we need larger ranged telescopes to observe its shape with naked eyes.
