NGC4111 is a compact edge-on galaxy in western edge of Canes Venatici, near a boundary on Ursa Major.
The galaxy is positioned about 4.6 degrees SSW from M106, having a length of 4.6 arc minutes and 11th magnitude.
This picture shows you a fairly bright central bulge.
There are several companion galaxies surrounding, an edge-on dimmed one about 12 arc minutes northwest has a number of UGC7089.
