This image shows you two medium galaxies and surrounding compact ones seen at 3 degrees east of beta Virginis in the western region of Virgo. Both of spiral NGC4045 in the west side of image and elliptic NGC4073 in east have sizes of a bit larger than 3 arc minutes and visual brightnesses of 11th class magnitude, they are paralleling in east west direction with an elongation of 30 arc minutes.
You can recognize that several an arc minutes-sized indistinct galaxies are snuggling up around the NGC4073. Although distances to them have not been estimated, it's considered that they are forming a small-scaled galaxy group.
