This star field shows you a small-scaled galaxy group positioned about 2.7 degrees north from theta Leo, forming a root of Leo's hind leg. A lower galaxy is NGC3607 and upper one is NGC3608, moreover a tiny one just south of NGC3607 has an ID of NGC3605. The largest one of NGC3607 has a major axis of 5 arc minutes. It has some features as an elliptic galaxy, no major structure contained in dimmed entirety.
Another small lenticular in right hand side with a size of about 3 arc minutes has a number of NGC3599.
