NGC3432 is a medium sized galaxy lying about 5 degrees east of beta LMi. The galaxy has been classified in spiral, but it has a typical shape of edge-on galaxy. You can appreciate a dimmed line with a length of 6 arc minutes. This picture shows you the galaxy being slightly curved. There is a small galaxy of UGC5983 just west of NGC3432.
