A dimmed elliptic galaxy positioned between Cassiopeia and Andromeda is NGC185. You can find out the galaxy about 7degrees north from the Andromeda Galaxy (M31). The galaxy has a diameter of 10 arc minutes and a visual brightness of 10th magnitude. This elliptic galaxy has no major structures, a figure of NE-SW oval.
