IC2169 is a medium sized reflection nebula with a diameter of 25 arc minutes in west of a diffused nebula of Sh2-273 surrounding S Monocerotis. We cannot detect the nebula with our own eyes but long exposed pictures show us a bluish white elliptic figure. And there are some small reflection nebulae of IC446, NGC2245 and NGC2247 in north of IC2169.
