IC10 is a medium-sized dimmed galaxy positioned at 1.5 degrees east of beta Cassiopeiae. The galaxy is classified as the irregular, has a long axis of 6 arc minutes, a member of the Local Group with a distance of about 2.7 millions light years. Inter-stellar matters in the Milky Way of Cassiopeia have obstructed the light of the galaxy, it's considered that the IC10 has a bit larger scale than its apparent figure.
