This page shows you the observed images of Jupiter in the season of 2019.
The Jupiter has been positioned in the Milky Way of Ophiuchus and has the opposition on Jun 11. We can observe the Giant planet in good seeing conditions of summerly lower skies. The Great Red Spot (GRS) in this year looks redden and smaller. Moreover, the Southern Equatorial Band (SEB) is disturbing a bit comparing with last year; it's impressive that SEB is coiling around GRS.
