This continuously composed image shows you the whole progress of total lunar eclipse on Dec 10, 2011 recorded by a fixed digital still camera for about 3.5 hours. At Japan, the maximumly eclipsed Moon had meridian passage at after 23:30, at the time the Moon had an elevation of about 75 degrees.
