This nine set of lunar eclipse images on Dec 10, 2011 have been HDR(High Dynamic Range)-composed of 4 images exposed with different EVs to represent wide differences of brightness. Our naked eyes can recognize both lunar surface features of parts of shadow and un-eclipsed clearly same with this image. This set of images shows you that shadow near the edge of Umbra have a bit bluished color.
