The comet 2013R1 Lovejoy in that day has positioned at about 10 degrees ESE of alpha Ophiuchi (Ras Alhague). The brightness of coma has been down at about 7th magnitude, no ionized tails could be detected instead of a dimmed dust tail with a length of a degree in northwest direction.
In that day the comet has approached to the comet 2012X1 LINEAR, the elongation of them was about 3.8 degrees.
