with BaaderPlanetarium Moon&Skyglow filter
Auto-guided with TAKAHASHI JP Equatorial & SBIG STV
Digital Camera: Canon EOS 600D (Remodeled)
Location: Ooizumi, Hokuto city, Yamanashi pref.

Camera Settings: Recording format...14bit CCD-RAW, converted to 16bit TIFF(5184×3456)
Sensitivity...ISO1600



The comet 2013R1 Lovejoy in that day has positioned around 3 degrees west of delta Monocerotis, bathed in the winter's Milky Way. The comet has a well-concentrated coma covered with green-bluish ionized composition, any clear tails cannot be detected. The comet Lovejoy will move rapidly in northern skies from now on, expected to brighten up to about 6th magnitude.
