Auto-guided with TAKAHASHI JP Equatorial
Digital Camera: Nikon D70 (Remodeled)
Location: Ooizumi, Hokuto city, Yamanashi pref.

Camera Settings: Recording Format...12bit CCD-RAW, converted to 16bit TIFF(3008×2000)
CCD Sensitivity...ISO1000


This image shows you the comet 2006M4 SWAN after brightened up from 7th to 4th magnitude on Oct 24. It was very bad weather condition, the comet was covered by thin clouds so I could capture only its coma. In that day the comet has been positioned around the boundary of Hercules and Corona Borealis.
