I captured the summer's Milky Way with a fish-eye photo lens. You can see Scorpius and Sagittarius in lower skies, Aquila and Cygnus around the zenith. A glittering star rising from the eastern horizon is the Jupiter positioned in Capricornus.
A location I took this picture is one of parking areas in halfway up to Mt. Fuji. The night was crowded with many astrophotographers because of a weekend without moonlight.
