PK131-5.1 is a small planetary nebula located at the northernmost edge of the constellation Perseus. To locate it, trace 5.2 degrees southeast from δ Cassiopeiae, one of the stars forming the "W" shape in Cassiopeia. With a brightness of 14th magnitude or dimmer and an apparent diameter of 24 arcseconds, a large telescope is required for visual observation. The nebula is nearly circular in shape, and its edge is outlined by a reddish Hα-emitting composition.
