これらのペアから30分ほど北西(右上)に見える2つの銀河は,上が棒渦巻銀河のNGC5378,下がレンズ状銀河のNGC5380です。 This image shows you a galaxy pair of NGC5395 and NGC5394 in lower left hand side, lying in eastern edge of Canes Venatici. A larger spiral is NGC5395, and a northern companion has a number of NGC5394. NGC5395 has a visual brightness of 11th magnitude and a size of less than 3 arc minutes. Both galaxies have warped by closing interaction each other.
Two galaxies paralleling at about 30 arc minutes northwest (upper right hand side) from the pair are a barred NGC5378 in upper and a lenticular NGC5380 in lower, respectively.
