Within the body of Leo, located 5.2 degrees northwest of θleo, are galaxies forming a small galaxy group. The largest among them is NGC3447 visible in the lower right of the image, classified as a spiral galaxy with indistinct structure. Its size is approximately 3.5 arc minutes, with the companion galaxy NGC3447A positioned just to the east. Separated 35 arc minutes north of NGC3447 are two spiral galaxies NGC3454 and NGC3455. These galaxies float at a distance of 40 to 60 million light-years. Additionally, just east of NGC 3447 lies the galaxy cluster Abell 1126, situated much farther at a distance of 750 million light-years.
