NGC3338 is a medium-sized spiral galaxy positioned around the belly of Leo. The galaxy has a size of about 6 arc minutes, you can see well-proportioned arms wound up. We can detect the galaxy as an only elliptic through scope-aided eyes. The distance has been estimated about 70 millions light years, a principal galaxy of a group formimg the Leo II cluster.
