A small open cluster of NGC2362 is positioned in 2.7degrees northeast of delta Cma, near the Milky Way in winter. The cluster has a diameter of 8 arc minutes, about 60 member stars are surrounding a central star with 4th magnitude. You cannot resolve individual stars with binoculars, needed a small telescope with low magnification.
