NGC1532 is a large-sized spiral galaxy about 3 degrees northwest of upsilon4 Eri. The galaxy has almost edge-on shape, we can detect dark lanes in its arms and detailed structures in central bulge clearly. The galaxy has a length of about 15 arc minutes and estimated about 45 millions light-years away.
