NGC1350 is a barred spiral galaxy located approximately 6 degrees southwest of α Fornacis. It spans just under 6 arcminutes in the north-south direction and has a brightness of 11.2th magnitude. The galaxy exhibits an inner ring surrounding the central bulge and an outer ring structure that nearly encircles the outermost perimeter. Situated in the northwest corner of the Sculptor Galaxy Cluster, NGC1350 is presumed to be one of its constituent members. However, due to its somewhat distant position and its location on the verge of the cluster's influence, it is believed to occupy an area where the gravitational influence of the galaxy cluster is barely felt.
