In summer of 2018, the Saturn had the opposition. This image shows you the Rendez-vous of Saturn and the Lagoon Nebula (M8) in Sagittarius with an arc distance of about 2.5 degrees. You can detect the ringed planet as a yellowish bright star with a brightness of 0th magnitude.
