This image has captured a tiny colliding galaxy pair bathed in the Big Dipper. The pair has a catalogue number of Arp299 of peculiar galaxies in heavens. Two galaxies have sized of 1 or 2 arc minutes and brightness of about 12th magnitude. An eastern galaxy is NGC3690 and another in west has a number of IC694. It's considered that the pair has collided deeply, two nuclei look like coming in contact. And although this image can hardly show you, there is an extraordinary dimmed inter-stellar gaseous matter has spread out in north direction with a length of over 10 arc minutes.
