Supergalactic cluster -
This image shows you a comparatively larger-scaled galaxy cluster Abell 548 lurked at a bit larger than 3 arc minutes south of γ Leporis in the southern region of the constellation. The cluster has a span of about 56 arc minutes; this image has almost been occupied by the field of the cluster. Although the cluster contains about 80 member galaxies dimmer than 14th magnitude, it may difficult to distinguish them from inner-galactic stars scattered in this field. The distance to the cluster has been estimated as 550 million light years.
