This page shows you the observed images of Saturn in the season of 2022.
The Saturn has been positioned in the constellation of Capricornus same as previous year, had the opposition on Aug 15 in fairly high up of the southern skies in summer to early autumn. The Saturn's ring has been opened in north with a well-proportioned shape, the detailed structures like the Cassini's gap can be observed easily.
