This image shows you a mountainous region in south west of Moon. An elliptical crater positioned just west of huge Clavius is called Schiller with a diameter of 179km.
It's well known that the Moon shows us same side all the time, but the Moon is taking a stroll slightly, this phenomenon called the "Libration". We can observe the features in edge of Moon, which cannot be seen usually. The Schiller is positioned near the edge, so the shape of it changes fairly by this libration.
