This shot is a close-up of the Nubium, MARE (Sea of Cloud) spread in south east of Moon. A central isolated crater is Bullialdus with a diameter of about 34km. Nubium, MARE is considered that the depth of lava is fairly shallow, you can see many ghost craters that has only the rim of them above the lunar surface distributed in it. The craters of Kies in south of Bullialdus or Lubiniezky in northern neighbor are typical examples of ghost craters.
