This cylindrical map of the Jupiter has been made from Jupiter images in previous page, composed by 4day from Aug 10 to 13.
The Jupiter has constant structures like zones, bands or Great Red Spot (GRS), but we can observe various transient phenomena only with amateur scopes.
In Jan 2007, the large-scaled disturbance occurred in southern tropical zone (STrZ),
and you can observe several dark spots (like a small scaled storm) being paralleled in this image.
It's extraordinary rare event on Jupiter surface in last twenty years or so.
