This page shows you the figures of main nuclei of comet Schwassmann-Wachmann 3 captured at a highland in central Japan on nights of May 3 and 4.
I could detect the C only with my own naked eyes on May 3 because of fairly good transparency condition,
the C has a visual brightness of 6th magnitude or so. And another nucleus of B can be seen by binocular aided eyes,
has about 7th or 8th magnitude in brightness.
And I can appreciate the rendez-vous of the B and the Hercules Cluster (M13) during those two nights.
The component of B had passed just a degree northwest of M13.
