The comet ISON in that day could be observed in lower eastern dawn skies, about 6 degrees ESE of Spica with a brightness of 4th or 5th magnitude. Although the observed elevation was lower than 10 degrees, the image can detect several ionized streams stretched from the coma clearly. The comet ISON had the second outburst in the day, it was reported that the comet had brightened temporarily.
