The comet Wirtanen in that day was positioned in western region of Fornax almost same with my previous observation. The coma had a brightness of about 7th magnitude, getting brighter steadily. Although it's still dimmed, you can detect a dust tail stretched in north direction. From now on the comet will move to north drastically and cross the winter's constellations; it's expected that the comet will brighten up to 3rd magnitude.
  View angle: 0.70×0.70°
